Tecnotree Corporation’s Annual Report for 2025 has been published on the company's website. Report includes The Financial Statements, Board of Directors’ Report, Sustainability Report, Auditor's Report and Assurance Report on the Sustainability Report, Corporate Governance statement as well as Remuneration report.

Tecnotree Corporation’s Sustainability Report has been prepared in accordance with the requirements of the Accounting Act and the sustainability reporting standards (European Sustainability Reporting Standards, ESRS). The preparation complies with the regulations in force on 31 December 2025. The Sustainability Report data has been assured by an external assurance provider, Tietotili Audit Oy.

The Financial Statements are published in accordance with the European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) reporting requirements in XHTML format. The primary statements have been marked with machine-readable XBRL tags. The audit firm Tietotili Audit Oy has provided an independent auditor’s reasonable assurance report on Tecnotree's ESEF Consolidated Financial Statements in accordance with ISAE 3000.
